Charles Gress Award
The Charles R. Gress Award is presented in honor of the late Charles Gress (#355), a dedicated installer whose legacy continues to inspire. This prestigious award represents the highest level of recognition a certified installer can achieve. It honors an individual who consistently goes above and beyond to uplift the installation community and demonstrates unwavering commitment to the advancement of the industry.

Chris Davis Award
The Chris Davis Achievement Award is presented in memory of Chris Davis, the former WFCA President who passed away in 2012. In honor of his legacy, this award recognizes individuals within the flooring industry who actively promote quality installation through their dedicated support of CFI.
Recipients are chosen based on their ability and willingness to collaborate across the industry to strengthen relationships and build a solid foundation among all partners. They must also demonstrate strong leadership qualities and a clear commitment to advancing the standards and recognition of professional flooring installation.

Next Generation Award
The Next Generation Award is presented to a certified installer who exemplifies the potential to be part of CFl's next generation of leaders. Age and years of experience are not criteria for this recognition instead, it honors individuals who have already demonstrated strong leadership qualities and a commitment to the future of the industry.
Receiving this award is both an acknowledgment of their current impact and a challenge to continue growing as a leader within the CFI community.
